We make every effort to ensure that all books (eBooks and paper books) we sell are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If you believe that a book you have purchased from us does not meet these standards then please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email at support@theendlessbookcase.com providing full details of your purchase and what is wrong with your purchase. Also please indicate whether you wish for a refund or for the goods to be replaced.
