FAQs

May I buy an eBook as a gift?

You may buy an e-book from this web site as a gift. You can forward the download links to the person for whom you have made the purchase or you can download the files and then pass them on. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Most of our products are eBooks which can be downloaded from anywhere worldwide. If you are buying a paper book however, shipping to outside of the UK means delivery rates are more costly. If you would like to find out more please visit our shipping page.

I haven’t received an order dispatch email, when will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch paper books within 1-3 working days, however if there is a mistake on our part and you have not received a dispatch email within this time please do not hesitate to as soon as this time has passed. Please use the form on this page

My order has been dispatched but has not arrived yet, where is it?

When buying paper books from us you will receive a dispatch email the day your order has been mailed. Once you have received the dispatch email please wait at least 14 days before contacting us, at which point we will be able to assist you. If ordering from the UK, all our books are sent 1st class with the Royal Mail* so the expected delivery rate should be 1-2 working days after you have received your dispatch email from us. However, these rates can vary (especially nearer to Christmas).

If ordering from outside of the UK, delivery dates will be longer and will depend on the shipping option you chose/choose at checkout. For more information about shipping overseas please visit our shipping page.

*Please contact your local sorting office before contacting us to check that the Royal Mail are not holding an undelivered package for you.

How can I cancel my printed book order?

When ordering a paper or hard back from us the dispatch process normally starts fairly promptly. However, if we have not yet sent you a dispatch email for your order we can cancel the sale and refund your payment (including p&p). To do this you must send us an email straight away to help@theendlessbookcase.com.

If you have ordered a printed book from us and have already received a dispatch email then we can unfortunately no longer cancel the order for you. If you would like a refund please view our refunds policy.

PLEASE NOTE: We recognise and abide by your statutory rights. Any orders you refund will be for our agreed price of the item only. Once an order is dispatched, p&p can no longer be reimbursed. All refunds are subject to our terms and conditions and we have the right to refuse a refund if we do not feel the reason is just.
