As a celiac sufferer this book taught me some new useful facts .
It is also a good reference book and would be ideal for someone first diagnosed with the disease.
Very thorough. I rate it 5/5
I gave this book last month to my 20-year old granddaughter who has recently been diagnosed as coeliac. It's hard to be a young woman suddenly facing a lifelong condition. She was distressed to learn about it, but this book has hugely helped. it's clear, jargon-free, practical, well-organised for easy access and to dip into for help and advice in any new circumstance. She's no easy person to please so I was delighted she's found this book so useful and comforting.
How to Live Well Eat Well with Coeliac (Celiac) Disease is a complete guide to all you need to know about Coeliac Disease so those with it can take charge of their condition and live their lives to the full.
