You should now receive two emails:
- One email from PayPal confirming your purchase details. It includes an email address you may use if you have any questions about the transaction.
- One email directly from The Endless Bookcase Ltd confirming your purchase and containing the links you need in order to download your book or books. The links are labelled Part1, Part2, etc. Please make sure you use all the links so you get everything you purchased.
Please note that under UK consumer law you have a 14 day “cooling off” period for downloadable items. However, you waive that right by downloading the items.
Please note: Part 1 is a text file with help/instructions, Part 2 is the ebook as a epub file, Part 3 is the ebook as PDF file.

You can re-download your files at a later date but you will need to have details of your original purchase including the Transaction ID and use the re-download page which can be found under the help menu.
We have done everything we can to make sure the bookshop works successfully, but, as we all know, thing sometimes go wrong with technology and internet connections. So …

Please note that:
- For ease of download the files are downloaded separately. There is a “read me” file that explains which ones to use.
- Adobe Acrobat files are in separate download files and may require your email address as the password when they are opened.

GIFT PURCHASES
If you have purchased an e-book as a gift you may forward the email to the person for whom you have purchased it but please notify us of their name and email address so we can record their ownership of the rights. It is also a condition of the transfer that the recipient accepts the terms of the license.
FREE Reader Membership.
We recommend that you register for FREE reader membership. The main benefit to you is the ability to re-download your eBooks if you need to. It is very quick and simple to register.
