At last - a guide to shareholder agreements written for ordinary business people rather than just for lawyers. You are unlikely to buy this book purely for the gags (of which there are plenty!), but I guarantee you will find it the most entertaining book on shareholder agreements you have ever read - by a wide margin!
This is a gem of a book from a very knowledgeable lawyer who is not after your money! (except for the cost of the e-book).It’s a perfectly simplified DIY guide to shareholders agreements and it makes it easy for you as a company owner or owners to sort it out yourself, or at least guide you through the process. There’s so much useful info that is so easy to read even I understood it. Definitely a must have even if you are planning to get professional legal advice as well.
For someone with little knowledge and understanding of Shares and Ownership of a company I found it really helpful and easy to understand. I would recommend this highly to anyone who has an interest or just wanting to enhance their knowledge on shareholdings. Quick and easy and I actually completed the book in 25 minutes :)
