When is a book about motorcycles not a book about motorcycles even when it is?
That may sound like an odd riddle but the answer is the book “Motorcycles in Mind” by Peter Steele.
How is that then?
Well, the book is a memoir that along the way says quite a lot about the various motorcycles the author owned and will no doubt be of interest to motorcycle enthusiasts. In that sense it is a book about motorcycles.
BUT, the book is also the story of the authors life including some very good and bad experiences and along the way it shares how the author gain life-changing benefits from riding his motorcycle as a kind of therapeutic experience.
Peter’s accounts are engaging, dramatic, sometimes horrific but often humorous and stimulating.
