Paul Griffiths is a business graduate, with a wealth of experience in helping people achieve better results from themselves and the people around them. Fourteen years in corporate life culminated in human resources director roles in UK- and US-owned blue chip organisations. Since then, Paul has spent twenty-five years working internationally as a personal development coach and trainer with clients in a wide range of business sectors and in sport. As a director of Leadership Development Ltd, Paul researched, wrote and delivered public training courses on all aspects of performance management and personal effectiveness.
Paul says: “When my diary has consecutive days with the CEO of Thomas Cook, the dean of Gloucester Cathedral and the players at Stevenage FC I know why I love my job! I have considered and shared the key elements of success and fulfilment with people from all walks of life and though everyone has an individual story to tell there are universal truths that we can all apply. I have also met many people who are successful by any conventional measures though they are certainly not fulfilled. With second, third and portfolio careers more commonplace there are more opportunities than ever for personal renewal and for life to be as good as it can be. Helping people with that is my job!”
